When renting the Mansion, a licensed caterer/bartender must provide all food and beverage. The Pabst Mansion has developed a list of approved caterers offering a wide range of services to choose from for your event. Please note that both renters and caterers are must adhere to the Pabst Mansion’s client and caterer guidelines intended to provide for both the safety of the Mansion and the enjoyment of the guests.
