What does the rental fee include?
Rental of the Pabst Mansion includes the Mansion exterior (front terrace) and the Mansion interior (first and second floors). Optional services/equipment such as: parking, piano rental, tent erection, cabaret tables, round tables, and chairs may be rented at additional costs.
What is the $300 security deposit for?
The security deposit secures the museum from damage caused to the building or the collections as a result of the renter and/or caterer. The deposit will also cover time over-runs. The deposit is refunded within 10 days following the event if there has been no damage or time over-runs and all the conditions of the contract were met.
Are children allowed in the Mansion?
Yes. However, children should be accompanied by an adult at ALL times to prevent personal injury and damage to the Museum.
Do I have to use an approved caterer?
Yes. Our approved caterers are familiar with our client/caterer guidelines and have experience hosting events at the Mansion. This allows us to waive a catering fee/cost to the client. In addition, our approved caterers are allowed time to set-up and tear-down without any additional cost to the renter/client.
Why do rental fees increase during the Holiday season?
Mid-November to Mid-January the Mansion is decorated for our award winning “Grand Avenue Christmas”.
